YA NOVELS
Kate is currently at work co-writing two YA novels with her husband and Boy Bestie, Ross, (aka J.R. Angelella). The two novels-- CURSED, and its sequel, CROSSED, is scheduled to begin publication in Spring 2012 via Sourcebooks' Teen Fire imprint. The novel was sold by Douglas Stewart at Sterling Lord Literistic.
TWEEN
Kate and her bestie, Jess Ashley, are working together on a series of tween novellas, the first of which will be available soon as an affordably-priced e-book on Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com. The series, called WELLINGTON PREP, is centered around mean girl Jasmine King and the girls who made her who she is today. The first novella is entitled dominate.
Kate & Jess will also be publishing PINKY SWEAR AND OTHER RULES OF FRIENDSHIP, a book about friendship--specifically theirs, and those that each of them have experienced throughout their lives. With input/questions from Jess' Canterwood Crest fans, there will be a Question & Advice section, as well as quizzes and the besties' take on real-life mean girls. More to come soon!

Kate has written several works-for-hire, including several of the new NANCY DREW books published through Simon & Schuster's Aladdin imprin.
FREELANCE EDITING
Kate worked at one of the Big Six publishing houses for several years as an editor and currently works as a freelance editor with reasonable rates. In addition to several other projects, Kate continues to edit her bestie's popular tween series, CANTERWOOD CREST.
